I am writing to formally express my COMPLETE FRUSTRATION and outrage with the way Sears Repair Service has handled our air conditioning repair. At this point, this situation has gone far beyond a simple inconvenience. David, from Sears Home Services, was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and was able to repair my Kenmore Gas clothes dryer. It just needed a small part replacement. Now it works as good as new! Great service!
