Joe is proficient and has a friendly personality, excellent Associate.
Joseph was great today. The problem was fixed and without issue.
Joe G wad great fixed the washing machine put all the new parts in and very courteous a real gentleman pleasure having him service the machine very knowledgeable
The appointment was rescheduled without my prompting. The service person was unable to diagnose a problem. I also had another appliance that I needed to be looked at and put in service request. However, the service person was not able to look at that without a separate ticket in the system. This home service program seems to just be a money grab to get someone to show up, they won’t actually service at the appointment
