The technician was great
Dean did a great job. He was knowledgeable and took care of the issue quickly. My only complaint is not with Dean. When I scheduled my appointment I also requested they send someone who could look at both my refrigerator and washing machine…all which is done with a virtual assistant. Unfortunately Dean could only work on the refrigerator which is frustrating given I took off half a day to be home for the service. Alexander G. Communicated with me ahead of his visits and was very respectful of my home. He diagnosed the problem quickly based on the symptoms I described. When he returned to install a replacement part he was quick and efficient.
