PLEASE DO NOT USE SEARS! I called and said the latch on the dishwasher needed repairing so they set up a service visit. The tech came and played with the dishwasher for a few minutes and then stated you need a new latch. They wanted over $300 for the labor alone. At the end the total was mire than the cost of a new dishwasher. Save your money and go somewhere else for repairs.
James did an awesome job of repairing our refrigerator. He was prompt, professional, and efficient but careful in his work. Really appreciate him!

Sears was hired by americas first warrantee to fix our oven (for the 3rd time, with a $100 fee each time). We were told multiple times our oven needs to be replaced. When I contacted the warrantee company they said the service person needs to recommend the appliance to be replaced ( 2 times it was documented my range needed to be replaced). It took almost a month to get an appointment with Sears. Not only do I pay for the warrantee, but I have to pay a fee for each covered appliance each time someone comes out.
