repair tech was great and friendly
The appointment was canceled numerous times. Communications with Sears is impossible except through a very poorly designed AI bot. No phone number for help. Tech showed up and without even looking at dryer told me his diagnosis of it issue. Horrible horrible service.
Our technician Glenn got our AC unit fixed quickly. He was professional and identified the problem almost immediately upon arrival and inspection.
