I have been waiting for them to come out to fix my dishwasher. they have rescheduled my appointment four times now only showing up for one canceling at the last minute for the rest. I have never seen anything so unprofessional. I will never use sears anything ever again

If I could give them a zero I would! Set an appointment for an initial diagnosis and waited all day (Saturday) and they were a no show. Was sent a text that it was rescheduled for Monday. Technician arrive in the timeframe, diagnosed based on what I told him and did not check for anything else. Charged us for the initial visit, $129.00, part $39.00 and labor to install the new part $194.49 for a total of $362.94.
