Service technician was on time, pleasant and very knowledgeable about the refrigerator.
They are great if you can be home all day because their appointment times mean nothing. My appointment was scheduled for 8-12 so I took off from work until 3 thinking that’s be plenty of time. I still wasn’t even close enough to the appointment by 3 to be able to communicate with an actual person.
My washing machine was out since the-beginning of Jan. Sears sent out a tech to diagnose the problem and found out that my machine needs rods,lid latch and a control board. The order was placed for the parts in January I’m still waiting on the control board. I called Sears several times you cannot get through. I’m getting these automated messages saying please set up your appointment to finish the repair or your order will be canceled. whenever I set the appointment up they never show because the part hasn’t arrived yet righ... read more
