Called Mitchell's Appliance Repair Experts number listed on Google which took me to Sears Appliance Repair for some reason. Sears then ran my address in Bend and told me there are no Sears agents in Bend to serve my address.
Austin was terrific; very patient and knowledgeable. My extended warranty plan, through Lowe's, does a horrible job of connecting the user to the technician (hence only 4 stars). Once you get Austin to your house, he knows his stuff!
