Happy to say washer is working. Scheduling, however, was a nightmare. I would receive notification that a tech would come on Monday; I would take off from work, and by Monday afternoon, I would receive notification that the appointment was rescheduled to another day. I would take off the newly scheduled day and receive another notification with a rescheduled date. This would go on for 3 weeks before and after the part arrived.
The repairman was good at his job! The repair didn’t take much time at all!
Technician couldn't have been nicer. Did a great job.
