Terrible experience. It took 4 months to repair an ice maker. The AI customer service is horrible. I believe it is set up to create an endless loops. The end result, to make you cancel your appointment. It is impossible to get a human person on the phone. Our service tech was amazing and the only redeeming quality in this whole process.
Technician Joseph M was very courteous and friendly to me and my husband. He took care of the task in a professional manner. We would definitely use him again for repairing appliances.
I'm not sure why the unit is malfunctioning. Technician said it only needed freon.
Joseph was very informative letting me know exactly what was happening & what needed to be done. Very courteous & respectful. Not in a hurry to get the job done just to be done.
