Technician Joseph M was very courteous and friendly to me and my husband. He took care of the task in a professional manner. We would definitely use him again for repairing appliances.
I'm not sure why the unit is malfunctioning. Technician said it only needed freon.
Joseph was very informative letting me know exactly what was happening & what needed to be done. Very courteous & respectful. Not in a hurry to get the job done just to be done.
Joseph did a fantastic and wonderful job. He answered all my questions and concerns. Great customer service. I give him a 5.
