great serviceman above and beyond
I was not satisfied with the service that I received from your technician. He arrived on time and was not prepared to do the job because he came with no parts to repair the dryer and at this point he tells me that I can go to Walmart and buy the belt for him to put on the machine. The technician then left without saying anything, I'm thinking he's going to pick up a part to repair the dryer. He did not notify me that he was leaving. nor did he call or come back to finish.
