The technician, Kim, arrived on time and he was friendly and professional! He repaired the dryer in a timely manner and offered suggestions for safety and good maintenance!
The technician never showed, the customer service never sent an updated timeline, and there was absolutely zero communication for a reschedule or a notice of cancelation.
Used them to fix my LG washer since I couldn’t find anyone else to service it. I was over charged for parts and have been trying to get reimbursed for the last 2 months. Have called repeatedly and spoke to someone to only tell me I will expedite the refund with no action. The service took forever, they kept canceling and rescheduling. I will never use them again. I will buy a new washer first!!!
