He was great to work with! Punctual, helpful in determining the root cause, open and honest and willing to work with insurance company. I would definitely recommend him again!
Letwan arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and cleaned inside of dryer. He then ran several tests and determined the dryer is functioning properly. The problem is the dryer vent is plugged. Letwan is very nice and friendly. We will always ask for him. Thanks Letwan.
