Very Very unprofessional. Did not have any idea what the previous technician had diagnosed, so he did not have the parts that were needed. He carried a backpack for his tools, but he never used anything. The only thing that he did was lift the lid of the dryer and ask questions, then made some story to try to explain things.
I want to say that our technicians name was Matthew and we had him both times that he had to come over and I’d say he was great! He was very respectful of our home. Communication was also great and he knew what he was doing. I would 100% use sears again in the future.
