I want to say that our technicians name was Matthew and we had him both times that he had to come over and I’d say he was great! He was very respectful of our home. Communication was also great and he knew what he was doing. I would 100% use sears again in the future.
Serviceman arrived on time and fixed my dryer within 15 minutes. Works great. Very satisfied.
