They came and we were surprised because our insurance company did t warn us, very nice workers but didn’t tell us anything about what they found or what we need to expect. Would like to know what is happening thank you
The technician came out literally did not do anything. He didn't take anything apart just opened the refrigerator door and kept saying he couldn't find anything wrong. He stood there and kept saying unhumm when I was explaining to him the issues. The light was out in the fridge and it was at 34 degrees on 1 setting out of 9. He steady opened the fridge saying the temp is now at 37 so its fine. Ah duh it will drop temp when you keeping the door stretched open. All He kept saying was I don't know what to tell ya.
