Terrible experience. Do not use Sears. Way to long to post, but the gist is they came out and said what was wrong, ordered the parts to be delivered to our house and scheduled a date they would return. We then paid them in FULL for the parts, diagnostic fee and labor; and the work was never done. There was a disagreement between the technician that was supposed to come out and myself, and then he refused to come out. Sears has not refunded me the money for the labor, which is all I asked for; I was willing to pay for everyth... read more
