Very disappointed with the service. We were given an 8:00-5:00 window when a serviceman would be out. With every other company, we’d have received an email or phone call when the tech was on his way or at least a shortened window of when he’d be coming. We received no such update , he showed up in an unmarked vehicle and didn’t even bother introducing himself. Their technicians came to my house six times trying to fix my refrigerator four different technicians three different parts. Six visits ended up buying a new refrigerator could not repair it. Do not recommend the service.
So exspecive. Cheaper to buy new.
