Brian fixed a fuse in our dryer and will be back to fix the washer when that part is in stock. Very personal and would highly recommend him since he really knew what he was doing.
We have AHS Home Warranty, Brian C. was the 2nd Sears tech to be assigned to us (only because he was free to come out a few days before our scheduled appointment), Alex was great too when he came out twice before. Brian was able to get my Whirlpool Electric Dryer running again, was very kind, efficient and friendly :) He replaced the belt, ended up not needing the 2 parts that had been ordered, and took the old part (Control panel board) with him. We only had to pay the Warranty Deductible.
