Great service. Exceptionally hard working tech Brian definitely deserves a raise for his efforts.
The technician was very knowledgeable, helpful and very courteous. He wasn't able to fix my dryer. Through no fault his own.
The initial phone call was difficult and frustrating. Background noise and her accent made it hard to hear. I told her that all I wanted was the repair and she kept trying to sell services I had no interest. The extended time on the phone with the background noise made it an unpleasant experience.
I would highly recommend not using this group. The coverage plan is sound as I read through it but if they need to repair something they “order the parts” which takes forever. I think the goal is that they outrun having to replace something (per there guarentee if they can’t fix it by the 3rd time they will replace it). Then the technician would state that he is coming and then never show up this didn’t happen once but three times before I decide to cancel At which point they wanted to charge the remainder of the discount I ... read more
