Terrible company! You cant talk to any person directly. They tell my wife you just have to live with a inaccurate oven! She has been cooking for 50 years. They did not show up and they did not call to reschedule! They do not carry parts and really had no plans on fixing the problem on a brand new $1000 oven.
Very nice and knowledgeable gentleman. I had to leave but he got it fixed in no time and told the wife it was ready for her to use. Thank you very much.
