They did not repair my unit.
If I could, I would give "zero" stars!!!! The 1st initial repair was for ice maker/freezer not working correctly. We got that initial prob fixed, and was told we had to do an "upgrade" in order for it to continue to work after that repair. They came and done the "upgrade" and it has not worked since then. We lost $200 in supplies, and when the tech came out on October 18th to repair....it was not successful, and he did not wait to see if what he attempted to do was successful....and left us AGAIN with no working refrigerator... read more
