In this town nothing in stock and takes a country mile to get anything ordered.
The tech was great! He was friendly and kind and very professional. I gave 4 stars because the repairs were so costly it was better to buy a new appliance and sears charged me over $200 to diagnose 2 appliances when they told me on the phone it would be bundled so my cost would only be $170.
The repairman was early. He completed the the work in good time, with a little extra care.
