This is the worst service I have ever experienced, I have had my refrigerator for for 8 months and it stop cooling, I called for service three weeks ago nobody has been here yet, I've thrown out a lot of food and milk, still getting the run around it is awful, I am so frustrated with this service
perhaps the reason Sear is hanging on by a thread is because they can't be bothered to answer the phone. I have been to the store here and employees just sit around doing nothing. once I went in and they had no idea what a turntable was and now Google says they repair sewing machines. I need a tune up but no way am I making a appointment with a call center. I can find someone who knows what they are doing and will actually speak with me. I will drive to Jackson
