Customer service was spot on, the only downside was that I had called only to get an estimate of parts and repairs. I never scheduled anyone to come out. I recieved a text message a few days after talking with them that they were sending someone out in 2 days. I had to call to tell them I didn't ask anyone to come out, so that I wouldn't be charged for their misunderstanding. If you're only calling for an estimate be very clear that you don't want anyone sent to your house otherwise they will just assume and send someone.
