Sears offered to fix our deep freezer for $1200.00. A new unit costs $1000.00. I asked the technician and he told me that if you don’t have a warranty they will charge you a highly inflated cost. Always over market. What a scammy thing to do using a company that used to have a good name.

Keith was punctual,friendly and helpful. Explained a few settings on my dryer I didn't know about and even fixed the water hose on my washer that I didn't notice was leaking. Would definitely recommend!
