At first, I thought things were going to go well since they answered the phone quick (call center) and was able to get us on the books within a day. But after that, it was frustrating. First of all, an 8am to 5pm window is ridiculous. Having to deal with that twice was very difficult. The repair guy at least knew what the issue was and ordered the part, but also is frustrating because they never asked about the model number before the appointment so that maybe parts could be on hand. I should have read the negative reviews and thereby saved the agony. I dont have respect for an individual or a business that does not respect my time and has the courtesy to call and let me know of delays . Ultimately the tech never arrived. A V O I D
The guy did a great job, but 2 days later I received another ice machine. I tried to find Sears Appliance to return the duplicate but there wasn't any place to go. I don't want it!
Came out twice not fixed forged my name saying repaired. Now warrenty wont cover it and out a 900.00 dryer and had to buy a new one stay away from them and assurant and save yourself the grief will sell it for 200.00 that what the stands sell for
