* Had to wait on parts 2 different times over 3 week period, i lost all my food i bought for Christmas, new years and finally the fridge was repaired Jan 12th. As for techs, all of the guys were great, professional, knowledgable on time, Samsung parts were the issue. Not Sears.
Kamal came and efficiently diagnosed the problem and repaired the dryer.
I'm still waiting for a refund... I called customer service, they told me I had to pay over phone to talk with a specialist. I told them I know exactly what the problem is and to help assist confirming the part. They couldn't over the phone. Scheduled tech took a month. Didn't show up for 3 months. I ended up doing the work. And paid for the service and part. As well as warranty. This is not a joke. I need my money back
