We were scheduled to have a technician come out between 1 and 5. At 4:45 we called and they said the technician was on his way. At 6:15 we called and they said he was still on his way. He never showed up at all and we never got a phone call. When I called the next day they were going to give me an appointment four days later. I have two weeks of dirty cloths sitting on the floor because of total incompetence. I will be sure I let everyone know just how discourteous and unprofessional they are.
We were able to get same day service after calling. Don was efficient, thorough and a good salesman, too. This range should go another 11 years...we hope :)

They're unreliable! Keep on rescheduling! No apologies! Your time does not matter to them! They just want to sell you their service but will not follow through with their service!
I called to get a quote to replace my drain pump on my washing machine, and they told me I needed to have a tech come out first. I told them I already knew it was the pump( because I already replaced it) I just wanted to see what it would have cost if I had a repairman do it. They refused to give me that info without having a repairman come out. I hung up!
