Patrick and Benyam successfully defrosted and replaced the icemaker. However, the icemaker now makes an awful noise when dispensing ice and I am unable to set the freezer/refrigerator temperatures to the optimum settings. ??????
The technician was prompt, professional, and polite. My only problem is that the ice machine was allowing the ice to melt, and that the entire piece costs $500 and our fridge is too old to be spending that much money on the thing. So, we reach in for ice. I can live with it. He did tighten the door handle really well.

Dryer stopeed working for no reason but inside light of dryer was working, strange. Repairman tested it and just unplugged it and rebooted the computer in the dryer and it was working. wish I had been told this to troubleshoot it vs the breaker box switch. But it is working. The washer was just a health check ....
Technician was on-time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave options for repair. He was careful not to damage flour when moving range. Very professional.
