I live in a rural town and have no option to have anyone but Sears to fix my range. Phillip in the Arkansas branch came to work on my range that has been broken since April. He said that a higher than normal voltage is causing the issue and refused to fix it. He knows because he “googled it” and that’s what LG says. Very poor quality customer service. Had a technician (Phillip) refuse to fix my range after spending over $600 because he googled what could cause the issue and was sure it was too much power coming into my home. Although I have had this much power coming into my home since 2009. The power company and an electrician both said this was not the issue but he was extremely rude and walked out of my house.
