I AM VERY UNHAPPY. In the Past this service was great, but the last repair man missed his scheduled appointments, then showed up days later, unannounced (on a Friday evening at 7pm), ordered the wrong parts, and then damaged the front of my refrigerator.
These Sears stores are defunct.
