Never again. Needed a refrigerator fixed and they scheduled a 8 hour window 8 AM to 5PM. Around 2 the tech calls and leaves a message (private number so dont know who is calling) saying that something came up and had to reschedule. It happens I understand. Then i get notified via a text message that at 2:41 PM the tech knocked on our door but we were not around and so we have to call and reschedule. They even sent a picture of the front of our house. The repairman did an excellent job.
They fail to come out on time or in a timely manner. I took 3 days off work and they only made it out to my house once. Additionally they gave extremely conflicting stories about what they could and could not do. Avoid!!!
Technician Mike. did a great job fixing our washer. He was courteous, clean and knowledgeable. I would use him again.
Service provider was pushy about buying a home warranty and very pushy with selling repairs which cost more than a new dryer. Was charged for part and service and have been working for more than a month to cancel order and get a refund. Item keeps being reordered. Cannot get any response from Sears unless I use the Chat feature. Service provider did not even put the dryer back together after diagnosis of issue.
