They were able to schedule a visit within 24 hours. The technician showed up on time and fixed my dryer, described what parts they would need to order to properly repair the dryer.

Spend 30+ mins to pick up an online order! I was even asked to pay for the differences because the item I ordered was not on sale in store. I insisted and refused to pay a penny more. Buyer beware!
