Called for repair on our Refrigerator,,, they came out and diagnosed it and repaired it with no problem....
I recently had a visit to check my water heater, I received a quick appointment date, the serviceman came right on time, and he did outstanding work. He checked everything thoroughly and went beyond the call of duty to make sure my water heater was working correctly. He was professional, sweet and explained everything he did and ways to improve my water usage. Overall, great experience from start to finish.
If I could put a negative minus star I would.. We bought a craftsman lawn tractor from sears and this was the worst mistake ever. Sears has replace our transmission 3x and we are still having on going transmission problem. This new hydro-static transmission is made out of plastic components with the belts design which allow grass and debris to accumulate on the deck interfering the full operating function of getting the job done. It took a few days for them to get to us, when we had a refrigerator leak. They came out, found the problem, but then it started leaking again. We wish the first guy had discovered the problem, we had a bad water filter, and he told us that, but he did not discover the other problem, so we had to have a repairman out again.
The repair guy himself was great, but the customer service overall and the product they sell has gone downhill so much over the last 10 years that I am done with them. They sold me a washing machine that didn't work when I bought it and had 4 service calls of 7+ repairs before they had it working. They refused to replace under their lemon law of the extended warranty I purchased with it. Same story when it broke again this time. Rickey is very proficient and expert in his field of work. All your Sears repairman should have his knowledge and skills. He deserves a big raise!!!
Israel always arrives on time & is very proficient & patient with our frig issues. Not happy about the frig handle breaking every six months & having to buy an extended warranty to keep from having to pay for one twice a year. But repairman appears to go up & beyond to make sure ice maker is functioning properly.
I'm very dissatisfied with Sears services. 5 technicians ben out and we are still having the same problem with the washer. They won't admit that they don't know what wrong with the washer, so they make up some lamb brain excuse. All I know is something in the washer is causing it to stain our clothes. And it not the detergent or the fabric soften.
It still isn't fixed. The wrong parts were ordered and it won't be repaired until Dec. 2. We have been withou a refrigerator since Nov. 7 and they've been out three times already.
