IT HAS BEEN NEAR 3 MONTHS AND MY WASHER HASN'T BEEN REPAIRED 5 TIMES THE WASHER HAS BEEN CHECKED OUT EVEN REPLACED WITH NEW PARTS I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WONT GIVE ME A NEW WASHER WHY GET INSURANCE AND YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR.I WAS PROMISED A CHECK NOTHING CAME YET NO WORD ON MY REPLACEMENT EITHER. SEARS YOU LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER THANKS FOR NOTHING.

Saved my 6 year old refrigerator when other repair company basically suggested I throw it away. Great service, prompt and courteous.
Charged me $200 to diagnose and repair my fridge. Told me that would cover repair as well. I even asked them if they had parts for my fridge and they said yes. Well, now they say they don’t have the part because it’s discontinued and if I can find it, I can install it myself. I’d give no stars if I could. Waste of time and money. Update: They also reported me to a collections agency and now I have to send in proof of payment for poor service and their collection inefficiencies.
