They came to my house to repair a dryer and they took the whole thing apart. They did not have the piece to fix the dryer and said they would place an order. Therefore, they left all the screws out and made a mess. They gave me an appointment 3 weeks later because they were booked. They charged $200 for the consult and for the mess they made. Do not use Sears Home Services You will regret it It took 3 weeks for the appointment and when they came they literally rob me ,it took the technician 2 minutes to determining what was the problem and 10 minutes to fix it Total cost $578.08 Part $194 I look online and the part is $45 Diagnostic fee $105 Labor $288 This a refrigerator that new cost $1000
