Repairmen seem to think they know it all when it comes to the appliance they are working on only to have another repairmen come afterwards totally contradicting what the other had just said.
Timely, courteous repair of water heater that had ignition problem.
In general my experience with repairs has not been positive. This was a very positive experience. The technician came promptly, was courteous and knowledgeable. He went far out of his way to obtain a needed part and returned late to complete the repair so I would not have an extended outage of my appliance.
Nothing but a great experience with sears repair took care of the washer right away.
Thank God for maintenence agreements!!
