This review really reflects on the timing and waiting of repairs to be complete, rather than the repair itself. From the moment we called in for a repair to the final repair, we were out a dishwasher for about two months. The repairman came to our house four times total, and there was two weeks waiting in between. The repairman was very nice and knowledgeable. It was shocking he actually had the part on his truck. What I did not like was the fact that it was a refurbished part and had a 90 day warranty. The part itself was $460.00, which I find very, very hard to believe. I said a few comments, but also realized that the repairman was just doing his job and had no control of the price. A recent service visit to check out clunking sounds in a washing machine was such a wonderful experience for my Mother who is in her 80's and for me, living in another state. The serviceman was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, sensitive, and a great communicator. What a pleasure. In addition, so much money was saved by calling Sears first; the service was thorough and saved us the cost of replacement.
