I had a nice friendly repair come out and check my washing machine. He answered a lot of questions for me also. What would be nice is if Sears would only put out one survery for contacting repair and the repair all in one. Kinda get tired of the surveys. I have had also the tech. for lawn and garden working on my lawn tractor. He is very professional. Answered every question I had.
Again Sears comes through, with stellar repairs, although it takes the parts to arrive before they come back, once the parts arrive, they come and do the work.
Friendly, fast and efficient! Thank you. I am very busy and did not need to spend hours waiting for a repair that should be easy but might take a few more hours. Result: fear of a wasted day. Not so with Sears repair. The service was well within the promised time parameter, the technician was friendly and efficient and soon it was over. Time to enjoy the rest of my day.
