He was on time, to the minute. His trainer/supervisor was with him and both did an excellent job with the repair. They gave me advice (to swap out the existing 70's 220 outlet, which was dangling by a thread, for a new modern box). I am glad that I took their advice. Saved me from a fire or worse. Thanks, Sears.
