wanted my Dryer Serviced. They asked "What was wrong with it?" after I told them the guy just ram his meter on it for awhile and said he sees no problem and told me it has a 90 day warranty if the problem shows up again. Problem is it never stopped I located he lowered the dryer from hot to low heat and ran fine but wouldn't dry stuff that way. So after looking online to "HOW TO FIX A DRYER" off the Web I found a few things to check and fixed it myself
Service was great! Service men were professional, I would recommend the extended warranty plan, it has saved me a lot of money.
My washer was not fixed. the service very poor. waiting 3 days for service man to return to fix the problem.
Horrible warranty and service. Waited 6 weeks to get my refrigerator completely repaired. Horrible!!
Everything was OK he looked all 4 appliances in about an hour than he gave me prices to renew my service agreement. I thought his overall price and told me it was high, but when I talked to the service agreement department he added an additional 185 dollars on to the orgional quote and told me it was a sales TAX. and he was rude about oit
everything was great, tech was outstanding. it has not been fixed, and he is coming back, but still they have been great!
Tech was on time and corrected my problem very quickly, i am very well satisfied with the service this company provides.
My repairman was awesome! Totally helpful and knowledgeable.. I ended up having to have my washer replaced, and he took care of everything- called me to confirm and explain the replacement process- and it was so easy- it literally took me less than one week to get the problem identified,get a replacement and get a new one in home!
The repairman came out on the same day I called. He couldn't find anything wrong with my dishwasher and got it to work. (It had no power). The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the dishwasher only worked once and I had to call them again yesterday and now I have to wait 4 days before another technician can come out. I think the control panel is going out. That was the only bad review for this dishwasher. I have had it 1 year.
