Also fixed garbage disposal.. they were fast.. went above and beyond for me. Knowledgeable very helpful. I really feel good about the service call. Would recommend to family and friends.
I give 3 stars because I have very mixed feelings. The repairman was extremely professional, very courteous, very clean and very knowledgeable. The problem is that I have a 7 yr old refrigerator with a manufacturer's error and it can't be fixed. They told the repairman not to fix it because there's no guarantee it won't go out again. So, 7 years after buying a top of the line, EXPENSIVE refrigerator, I have to buy another one. The Sears store that I bought it from will not even give me any sort of credit towards a new one.
