The service person did solve our refrig problem when they did arrive but on the first scheduled appointment they didn't show up at all. They never bothered to notify me that there was no one available for that day. Possibly because it wasn't am emergency situation but it would have been considerate of them to let me know in advance that a repair service wasn't available.
The guy who came out to repair our Sears Craftsman lawn tractor was fabulous! Jason was his name? He was very knowlegable friendly, courteous, and efficient. He did everything and more, to get my lawn tractor up and running at the peak of efficiency I I felt as though I had a brand new lawn tractor when he was finished! I was very pleased and the bill for his Services was extremely reasonable I would never hesitate to call Sears again and recommend a Sears representative like him to come out and help someone else
Tech did not fix the problem. I told him the defrost heat strip was not working properly and all he did was fiddle with the door seal. Having another service call today for the same problem!
After 4 service calls for my freezer not working the tech that came out decided to deem my freezer non repairable. She claims it's caused by an environmental issue, even suggesting I have Chinese dry wall (my house has been checked and I most certainly do NOT) She called it in as such and now my replacement isn't covered. I've called corporate and they won't even return my calls. I will NEVER do business with Sears and I will make sure to let everyone I know the service I received.
Tech had to keep going outside and call for help. They were not qualified to work on the refrigerator. They were very rude and rolled there eyes if they did not agree with my answer to there question. They ended up telling me that since I was on well water here in the Cape that I had no warranty. Was sold policy to all my appliances and was told if anything goes wrong we repair it or replace it. It has taken over 15 months and over 5 repairs to fix an issue with my dryer. 5 different technicians. On the 1st visit I suggested to the technician what needed to be replaced. The 4th technician finally listened to my advice, ordered the part and the 5th technician installed. After weeks between each repair, my dryer is now working, using the part I recommended on the first visit. The service was good. Technician arrived within the scheduled window. Inspected the freezer and fixed all minor issues. The freezer has been running fine.
Outstanding service on microwave by the tech. Unfortunately, the service center first sent the wrong part, the tech ordered the correct part. Unfortunately I had to wait two weeks without a microwave prior to the 10 min. repair. The screen on the microwave said 'keyboard failure' I told the service center this was the message and the women said she would have a new keyboard sent to my home.
