Still waiting on parts from March. Not happy with their communication, professionalism or honesty
We had our washer/dryer checked-out and maintenanced and the tech was extremely professional and knew what they were doing! Appreciated his unbiased feedback on appliances!
First tech installed the new icemaker incompletely, did not check to see if it was working and left. The tech who came out the next day after I complained was great. He determined the icemaker installed the day before was defective, had one on his truck, and replaced it at no additional charge. Working perfectly now. It would have been nice if they has sent this guy in the first place.
Tried to get a hold of a part with this contact but it seems they have shut down their store and the person I was talking to was in a state far away
