Chris was very professional and tried multiple ways to get the problem to replicate. The washer worked wonderfully, “refusing” to act up… so after an hour patiently trying to witness the problem , we decided to call it a day. He offered for me to call them back if it acts up again. Very appreciated.
He said it might be the filter. When I get my new filters I will see if that was what was making the refrigerator have water on floor. Might have to call him back. He did say it could be something else.
The repairs were completed in a very professional manner but....You billed me for the parts which were still under warranty. This is now a $300 problem left in my hands to work out.
