Technician was the best did a super job and would recommend him to anyone. Great job. Very courteous and dedicated to complete the job while here. He went above and beyond to get the job completed and our fridge back in service. He was great and would highly recommend him.
I have used Sears appliances a lot in the past. The one technician was good. Their customer service by phone is very unprofessional. The chat service with them is terrible they will never respond to you. I also kept being delayed on an appointment and also I had one technician come to my house take a snapshot of my house and then leave and I pulled up the estimated time and it had said that sorry we missed you. We woke up to find that everything in our freezer was thawed out. Contacted our home warranty provider and they dispatched Sears Home Services! The technician replaced a part. Now our refrigerator/freezer works! You need more technicians like this gentleman!
