Dear Sears, It has such a terrible experience with the Sears customer service regarding and attempt to change and delivery error. First, the language and communication with the representatives is poor. There was a great deal of difficulty understanding them and poor telephone connections.. Second , a change in the delivery date for my merchandise without a courtesy phone call was truly frustrating.
