We called to make a reservation ahead of time, we were told table will be ready in 30 min. We were at the counter in 30 min exactly and were told we have to wait for another 45 min, as the wait time doesn't start until we "check-in". What's the point of calling ahead to reserve a table, if we have to be "checked in" at the counter? And secondly, would be nice to be told that so we don't waste our time
