Crime-infested complex You DO NOT want to live here. garages get broken into - cars get broken into. It's not safe here. The management could care less about you as a tenant and could care less about the upkeep of this place. There's dog poop everywhere! There's always people digging through the dumpsters. It's on a busy/loud street and college kids tend to have parties quite often. My apartment has everything I want When I was looking for an apartment I had a very specific list of must-haves that was proving to be very difficult to fulfill. Most apartment units would offer one or two of the things on my list but Seapointe offered everything! I have a two bedroom, two bath apartment with central air, washer/dryer and a garage.
