This adventure is a MUST for viewing the bay area!! The views/scenery you get with this tour cant be beat. The whole staff, from the front desk to the pilot are very welcoming and answer all your question. I have some balance issues and was helped on and off the plane. If you are downtown, they also provide shuttle service for nominal fee. In my opinion, the whole experience is A++!! LOVED it!
