AWESOME experience! Views were amazing. Pilot was very friendly and informative. Staff members were very nice. No problems at all catching the shuttle van at Pier 39. We had a great time and would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun way to see San Francisco and surrounding areas.

The helicopter tour was amazing and they were very professional. I tried to order a plane tour shirt since they didn't have a good selection for the helicopter tours and the man at the plane section told me he would not help me because he was eating lunch. He literally turned down money for 30 seconds of work to get a shirt and pay for it. I would recommend the helicopters to anyone but in good consience could not recommend the plane tour with his crappy behavior.
