I had one of the most disappointing medical visits I’ve ever experienced with Dr. Sean Xei. From the moment I entered the office, he was on his phone, repeatedly holding up his finger to tell me to “wait.” He only spoke with me for about one minute in total. He briefly glanced at my MRI, said the quality was “horrible,” and then told me my bones were “old and worn out” — which felt unprofessional and insensitive. He was my Dr 16 years ago. Had a Meningioma removed. He did a great job.
