Dr Lazarus is wonderful, his staff is very knowledgeable and helpful
My husband had a very good experience with the doctor, but a terrible one with front end staff, who told him that something was not covered and charged him $900, when a simple phone call to the insurance company would have revealed that two of the medical devices ordered are indeed covered. They lacked basic professionalism in dealing with the claim, and should have done their due diligence at the front end to ensure that the patient is taken care of beginning to end.
