My mil has been with him for years and I wish she would change doctors. His staff sucks. It takes three months to get an appt, but 9 months to see him. The first two times you show up he may not be there and you probably won't be notified of the change. We never were. We waited a 1/2 he one time, finally called their downtown office and discovered he was on vacation, rescheduled her appt for two weeks later, and no record they called us. Dr. Sider was very knowledgeable about my situation and his treatment was excellent. He was prompt in meeting me, compassionate and patient. I was and am very please to be one of his patients.
He is always very professional and knowledgeable with his diagnosis of whatever I am at his office with a foot problem. He is always very attentive to my ailment. I highly recommend him.
I went to Dr. Sider after breaking two toes on my right foot. He has an excellent bedside manner. He treats you like you're his only patient. I had 3 surgeries on the same foot over a period of 3 years. Dr. Sider's professionalism and caring spirit enabled me to glide through those 3 years with ease. He gave the utmost care from the beginning to the end. If I'm ever in need of podiatry services, I absolutely would not hesitate to go back to him.
Dr Sider is both Very caring and knowledgeable. Great overall experience and I would highly recommend.
