Why bother, they really don't care. I had my hair cut and styled here by Tess (haircut is average, no help with trying new styles) since Oct 06. On 8/3/07 all salon employees (Sean Patrick too!!!) ignored me while I waited for Tess for 20 minutes. I was the only customer waiting (I saw about 6 employees). Tess even came out to the front, made eye contact and didn't say anything. When I got up to see what was going on after 20 min, they said "oh yeah, Tess is running late." LaGrnage Mom Worst place ever. Was charged $81 for simple haircuts for my 6 year old and 8 year old by Jenny O. Totally ridiculous. It's not like this place is some high end salon offering exceptional service. It's a regular basic salon. Asked the receptionist to have the stylist Jenny O and owner to call me to discuss these ridiculous charges and neither had the decency to call me. What a joke.
