Had lower back pain for s long time with sciatica pain went to see dr sean-jones quaidoo and ordered imaging and ultimately needed to have surgery on my l4 l5 and decided to do a 360 bilateral fusion with a laminectomy. Dr. Sean M. Jones-Quaidoo is and out standing surgeon. Most of his office staff are very kind and helpful. But be careful asking for paperwork to be filled out for your employer. They can't handle it. The staff recommended I go back to work with out the light duty that the doctor recommended because they couldn't handle the paperwork for light duty. So therefore I returned to work with out the light duty. I don't know how that's going to work yet. The staff person Kathy was very firm on not get to the paper work. Even said e... read more
