He took time to explain to my 86 year old Mother the reason her knees were hurting, as the x-ray showed him moderate to severe arthritis in both knees. He went over the types of shots available, then provided cortisone shots now, while also checking on the option for gel shots in the future.
He always greets me in a professional and caring manner; his physical exam is thorough and he listens to my input.
