I must make clear at first, this review covers all the many high quality surgeons I have experience with in the Ellis and Baudenhosen Practice. Unfortunately, my lousy health and accident experience has required that I have experience with four surgeons within the same practice. From a retired CFO with HR responsibilities, hats off to the recruitment team at Ellis and Baudenhosen for assembling a great team of surgeons!

Dr Griffin is a compassionate, caring listener. He cares about his patients. He did my knee surgery and I can say I’m thankful I found him. He’s the best surgeon. I wouldn’t go to another.
Having some shoulder/chest pain and Dr. Griffin listened and gave some solutions. Came to a decision and had been helpful in working through it! Very professional and thoughtful!
I recently moved to Louisville from Chicago where I had the former orthopedic surgeon for the Blackhawks, Bulls, and White Sox who also performed ACL reconstruction on me and did a good job. But I think Dr. Griffin is much better. I’m very impressed with Dr. Griffin’s office and professional staff which has been a much better health care experience than anything else I’ve experienced in Louisville so far. E&B is top notch for orthopedics in Louisville.
Dr. Griffin is wonderful, he explains everything in easy to understand terms and is very gentle in his treatment.
Doctor Griffith gave me several options for my problem. I took the middle one and my problem seems to be getting better. He was easy to talk to, and explained everything that I needed to know. Have been to E and B before and had much success with them. I have recommended them to other individuals.
