I saw Dr Kelly after injuring my knee in a bad fall from my roof. He was very thorough, explained options available and got me back on my feet walking normally and pain free when I was afraid that I would never be able to regain my mobility.

At the end of the day, it's difficult to believe Dr Kelly's office cares about their patients. I have been trying to get surgery here for two years now for knee pain. It's very rare to get a follow up or callback, information is inconsistent, his staff isn't ever on the same page, sometimes I show up only to find out my appointment has been cancelled or I am a few minutes late and need to reschedule (after a 35 minute drive)... and then some staff are just plain rude or indifferent. Questions not answered. Phone calls not returned. Information not available before procedures. Aftercare handouts vague, inadequate and missing vital data. Have gotten more thorough explanation and information from jiffy lube.

Lack of info pre-op. Inconsistent post-op info. Doesn’t return phone calls in timely manner, if at all. He boasted of speed of the operations. Then he and office excel at unreturned calls in follow up for complications. If you want a confident guy with unresponsive care and little follow through-this is your guy.
